In a credence Consumer Protection Act, you have 7 days to cancel your order from the day of the arrival of the goods, providing the goods are unused, unworn, undamaged, and properly protected. We cannot accept returns of earrings due to hygiene reasons as well as any items bought on Sale. We recommend using a courier company to return the items. Alternatively, you can contact us to arrange collection with our couriers at R99.00 one way.
If an unwanted product is returned for exchange for a different product you will be charged or refunded any price difference, plus return postage.
Please note: Do not write “jewellery”, “diamonds” or similar words that indicate valuable contents, on the package you are returning, as this invites possible theft of the package.
